• Supporting:
  Host a student workplace tour (1.5 – 2 hours/month).  
• Advocate:
  Represent your field at a career fair (4 – 8 hours/month).  
• Trailblazer:
  Become a career mentor/coach (10 – 15 hours/semester).  
• Visionary:
  Provide job postings for students (45+ hours/month).

Career Exploration & Planning: 

• Supporting:
  Live/online demonstration (30 – 90 minutes).  
• Advocate:
  In-person guest speakers (2 hrs per engagement).  
• Trailblazer:
  Offer job shadowing opportuntiies (4-8 hours/month).  
• Visionary:
  Volunteer work experience (45+ hours/month).

Career Training:

• Supporting: 
  Participate in virtual career chats (4+ hours).  
• Advocate:
  Assist with resume feedback and mock interviews (2 – 6 hours).  
• Trailblazer:
  Offer internships (60+ hours).  
• Visionary:
  Launch a youth apprenticeship program (480+ hours).
