Refund policy
ESC Region 13 Return Policy
Items purchased from the Region 13 Online Store may be returned within 30 days of shipment date for a refund as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Please follow the directions below so that we can initiate your replacement or refund.
1. Please email us at productstore@esc13.txed.net or call 512-919-5247 so that our product store manager can determine whether a refund or replacement is most appropriate.
2. If a refund, please repackage the item you are returning in the original package or a similar box. We recommend returns be shipped via UPS or USPS insured mail for your protection. Region 13 is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
3. If a replacement, the product store manager will initiate a UPS call tag for the item to be replaced and a replacement product will be shipped. Please repackage the item in the original package or similar box for UPS to collect.
Please Note:
Refunds will only be issued to the billing name and address on the original order.
Refunds will be given only if invoice has been paid.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are required to pay shipping on returned product.
Credit/Debit card orders will be refunded back to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on returned items.
PARENT TAUGHT and DRIVER TRAINING CUSTOMERS Please Note:
PTDE course materials and Driver Training items are non-refundable. There will be no returns or refunds for these items.
