Return Policy

Items purchased from the Region 13 Online Store can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund, as long as the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Before returning an item, please email us at productstore@esc13.txed.net or call 512.919.5247.

Note:

• Refunds for merchandise only will be issued to the billing name and address on the original order.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be given only if invoice has been paid.
• Customers are required to pay shipping on returned product.
• Credit card orders will be charged back to credit card used to purchase.
• Restocking fee 10% of item.
• Refunds are processed after merchandise has been returned and restocked.

These shirts are printed on demand, therefore, we do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer's remorse.
