1.  Can I pay with a purchase order?   

• Yes, but only for U.S.-based customers. Simply select "Purchase Order (Educator's Only)" as your payment option at checkout. After, please email your PO to productstore@esc13.txed.net along with your district's name.
• Canadian customers: At this time, we do not accept purchase orders. All Canadian orders must be paid by credit card.

2.  Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?  No, accounts are optional.

4.  Do you accept orders via fax or mail?  No.  All orders must be placed through our online store.

5.  When can I expect to receive the items I've ordered?  

• Most orders will arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
• Canadian customers: Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for shipping and delivery.
