Transition Planning: At-A-Glance Series was developed by Elizabeth Danner. Elizabeth is the education specialist for the Secondary Transition/Post-School Results network. As the transition specialist for ESC Region 13, Elizabeth provides training and technical assistance related to graduation and post-school planning for students with disabilities to schools, families, agencies, and community partners. Her work is inspired by decades of working with, and for, people with disabilities. She promotes meaningful connections to Community, Career/Contribution, and Continued Learning for all graduates.
