Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) Cycle 2024 Showcase - February 24, 2025

The Region 13 Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) Cycle 2024 Showcase is an event for publishers to showcase their IMRA Cycle 2024-related products to school district decision-makers. It is an opportunity for district staff to make informed choices by connecting with publishers, asking questions, and learning more about available materials to meet district instructional needs.

IMRA Cycle 2024 includes Proclamation 2024 Includes:

• K-5 English and Spanish language arts and reading (full-subject, tier-one instructional materials)
• K-12 mathematics (full-subject, tier-one instructional materials)
• K-3 English and Spanish phonics (partial-subject, tier-one instructional materials)

Publishers and Vendors may participate in one or both of the options: exhibit space and one-hour demonstration presentation.

Exhibit & Demo Space Details:

• Exhibit Space $250 (limit 2)
  • Includes: 1 table (2.5’ x 6’), 2 chairs for representatives
• Demonstration Presentation $200 (limit 2)
  • Includes: one-hour presentation in a location separate from exhibitor space
