Region 13 will host a Publisher Showcase in support of Proclamation 2019 on Monday, February 4, 2019.

The Region 13 Instructional Materials Showcase is an event for publishers to showcase their Proclamation 2019 related products to school district decision makers. It is an opportunity for district staff to make informed choices by connecting with vendors, asking questions, and learning more about available materials to meet district instructional needs.

We have two options available to vendors to showcase their materials. Publishers may choose between the two options, or participate in both. First priority will be given to publishers on the SBOE list of adopted materials.


Details

Participating vendors will have one 6’ X 3’ rectangular table and two chairs to showcase their products. Our venue has reliable WiFi, and most tables will have access to electricity. Vendors will have access to the room to set up on the afternoon before the showcase. You must set up Sunday 2/3/19 between 2p-5p.

 

Vendor Zones

Vendor tables allow time for extended demonstrations, displays, and Q&A time for the duration of the IMA Showcase. Vendors may select from one of our 3 vendor table zones.

Zone 1 - vendor hall (first come, first serve)
Zone 2 - open air passing area 1st floor
Zone 3 - open air atrium & passing area 3rd floor

We anticipate foot traffic in all three zones. We will attempt to accommodate your first choice as space is available.

Breakout Session

Publishers will have a dedicated 40 minute time to present to district attendees in one of our Region 13 training rooms. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and screen and a WiFi connected presentation station that includes a Dell laptop computer and room audio. Your breakout session time will be assigned to you after your purchase.

$75 per session


District Participants

Teachers, administrators, curriculum coordinators, etc. from our 60 district service area will be invited to attend the Showcase free of charge. Our Showcase is a “come and go” event from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. Districts will have access to the Presentation Session schedule ahead of time to help plan their day.  We will also provide computer lab access and discussion space to district participants who want to collaborate, preview, and discuss available materials for purchase.


Purchase Timeline

Vendors may purchase tables for the IMA Showcase until January 25, 2019.
