Our bilingual and English as a second language learners need additional support throughout their academic journey. Our bilingual/ESL cooperative for districts improves the quality of instruction provided to bilingual and ESL learners by enhancing the work of teaching staff, administrators, parent liaisons, and other crucial staff members.

We work with your campuses and district to develop and implement programs that meet state and federal requirements while supporting enhanced instruction. We make this possible by supporting districts with analyzing their student data and assisting with implementing instructional practices to enhance biliteracy and linguistically accommodate content.

How We Help

Through this agreement, we'll provide professional development opportunities as well as the following benefits at a reduced rate: bilingual/ESL workshops, program assistance, access to guest speakers and presentations, program reviews, and audits.

Our Options

Standard - $10,000

You'll get to bring ten participants per district to any bilingual/ESL workshop happening at ESC Region 13. Five participants will have the opportunity to attend our yearly conference at a discounted rate. In conjunction with the conference, they can also join our two days of program assistance and onsite professional development, as well as two staff member registrations for the state conference.

Basic - $5,000

You'll get to bring five participants per district to any bilingual/ESL workshop happening at ESC Region 13. LEAs can choose three participants to attend our yearly conference, with guest speakers, at a discounted price, join our two days of program assistance, one day of onsite professional development, and one staff member registration for the statewide conference.
