Region 13's Human Resources Cooperative provides LEAs with a community of HR departments committed to investing in the human capital in their respective districts. The Coop includes:

• Quarterly HR Co-op Meetings (two district staff members can attend each session
• Meetings topics based on the needs of member districts. 
• Onsite visits for assistance with local needs (2x a year)   
• Job Board for participating districts.    
• Member districts can attend the May Job Fair for free.   
• Application fee waived for Educator Certification Program.      
• Special Co-op member hire session for ECP interns.        
• Virtual Professional Learning Community with a conference board for members to ask questions and connect.
